Put two actual quotes side by side. Identify the area definition, keep outdoor space separate, and see which figures still need clarifying.

A useful comparison starts with a named area basis and the price inclusions.

This compares the entered arithmetic, not market value. Condition, location, specification, annexes and quote dates may differ. No outdoor weighting, area conversion, tax estimate or source verification is applied. Displayed rates are rounded.
The published Collection example uses a €620,000 asking amount. Its linked plan separately lists 82.80 m² useful and 119.33 m² built including common-area shares.
Using those different denominators gives different rates for the same quoted amount. This does not describe two different homes or a change in market value.

Use the applicable plan and the same area definition for both homes. Useful, built and common-area-inclusive figures stay distinct. No assumed conversion ratio is used.
Open each quote’s details and select its tax/fee inclusions. The tool withholds the rate difference if those inclusions or the area bases differ or remain unclear.
Record the quoted unit, date, outdoor areas and inclusions. A lower rate alone does not establish better condition, location, legal position or value.
Divide the entered quoted amount by the area on its declared basis. To compare the two rates, both homes must use the same area definition and price inclusions. Terrace and garden figures stay separate; the tool does not convert built area into useful area.
Only choose useful area when the applicable plan explicitly identifies that measure with outdoor space separate. If the headline combines different measures or its definition is unclear, leave the basis unclear. The tool will not use that figure to rank the homes.
No. The arithmetic does not establish comparable condition, location, specification, annexes, current availability or legal position. Use it to identify differences and missing documents, then review specific homes and current written quotes.
The comparison runs in this page. Entries are not sent to Litoral or included in an enquiry. Saving is optional and stores a snapshot in this browser; the download creates a text file for you to review and share yourself.
The optional examples load published snapshots: Collection uses its linked useful-area figure; Sea Suites retains an unclear headline-area basis. They intentionally do not produce a like-for-like difference. Enter current unit-specific figures to compare your own quotes.
