Who handles your request
Litoral research desk handles enquiries submitted through Litoral. Use the contact page and choose “Make a personal-data request” to contact the desk about your information.
What we collect, and why
We collect your email, optional name, selected goal, optional project, buying stage, bedrooms, timing, budget, question and consent record to handle your request. The record also contains a request reference, submission time, the page where you requested help and a limited source category such as search or direct. We do not ask for private documents, bank details or identification.
Storage and retention
Production enquiries are stored in the configured MySQL database, separately from application releases. Local previews can use private files. Records are retained for 30 days; expiry is applied on startup, during enquiry handling and on a daily maintenance pass while the Node service is running. Access to the operator inbox requires authentication. A successful storage receipt does not mean a personal reply has been sent.
Replies, notifications and sharing
Your details are used to reply to your request. They are not automatically sent to property businesses, developers or professional partners. Any proposed introduction must identify the recipient and let you choose whether to share. If operator notifications are configured, they contain only a request reference and time; they do not contain your name, email, question or access credentials.
Browser storage and measurement
No advertising cookies or analytics identifiers are used. Saved favourites, checklist progress and any saved unit comparison stay in your browser and are not included in enquiries. A session-only source category helps attribute your request. We count page actions in aggregate without sending contact details or free-text questions to analytics. These optional action counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. They are interaction counts, not a count of unique people.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion through the contact route above. Give your request reference if available; do not submit identity documents. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the address concerned. Requesting help does not subscribe you to marketing.
Research and commercial scope
Public research and comparisons are free to read. There is no fee to send an enquiry. Any paid research would require an agreed scope and fee before work begins. No paid property placement or referral arrangement is currently configured in this site. Any future arrangement must be disclosed before an introduction; it must not determine research conclusions.
